The room at Citadines was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light. The WiFi access was excellent, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and parks nearby. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring my stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was really good, making me feel at ease.

The cleanliness was great, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities, including the gym and rooftop pool, were excellent. I could easily get a good workout in at the small gym, and then freshen up in the nearby shower before taking a dip in the pool. the location of the hotel was perfect - close to shops and amenities, yet still in a quiet area. It was also conveniently situated close to the center, making it easy to access everything I needed.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect being close to the town center and several shops. The service was excellent with complimentary airport shuttle, housekeeping and even dry cleaning services. The room amenities are impressive featuring a kitchenette with cookware, refrigerator and microwave. The rooftop pool was a highlight - with amazing views and a sauna too. The staff were friendly, accommodating and made our stay memorable.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in this area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the main streets and within walking distance of Saigon's main tourist attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff were attentive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool were clean and well-maintained. we had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.
The sound-proofing of the room could be improved, as we could occasionally hear noises from other guests during the night.
